VERY BAD SERVICE

On the 1st of December 2015 i called the call center to report that my valve in the street is leaking and the water is poring out, they told me 2-4 day's to get it fixed.What i don't understand is that South Africa is having a drought and there is water shedding.<br> I called the call center on the 3rd again and they told me that someone will be coming that morning and again when i called in that same afternoon that told me they will be coming when i got home that night i spoke to a call center manager and he told me that they should be at coming to fix the leak at 20h15 nobody come again, this morning the 4th i called again and they told me the same as i have been told they will coming today.<br> Soon i will not have any water, that's way there is no delivery service in the country. <br> This has to be fixed ASAP
