Useless organisation, worst service

What an absolutely useless organization. They say they are billing us actual readings when no one has been for about 1 year. They They added another water meter to our account, when phoning them, they argue we had a new meter installed, whish we did not and it is inside our property. They said they would send someone out no one came. We spoke to the depot they don't have e that number for us . Promised to Sen some one , no one came. We are receiving huge bills for 2 meters , now only the new one. I went around and found that the meter we are being billed for is our neighbors. Like I said totally useless.
