Useless municipality

I have been staying at Rothchild Manor for 5 years and I can attest to the fact that this municipality is a myth. Every two months if not monthly we live a minimum of 5days without any electricity. Complaints has been logged, we have gone to their offices requesting help but nothing. An entire week every single month with no communication or assistance but a complete blackout. A complex of just over 90 units fully occupied by families and taxpayers yet the living conditions are gruesome.
