USELESS JO'BURG COUNCIL

There is a sewerage blockage in Loudoun Road corner Benmore Road, Morningside. This has been going on for more than two days now and is flooding Benmore Road, leave aside the smell. I tried unsuccesfully to report the fault on the Johannesburg Water Website. Unsurprisingly, it's not working. Every single telephone number at the Municipality to report this type of fault is unanswered. This is all aside from the shocking number of potholes in Loundoun Road. Help!
