Useless city of joburg

<p>For a period of 12 months my electricity bill has been fabricated. The same value of units used is repeated for multiple months despite different assessment periods. The latest spree of accounts puts my monthly electricity usage at R15 000. This has been the arbitrary value for three consecutive months. To clear this mess up I have to go and queue at the si called service centre in Braamfontein. For general queries there is however only ever one person working while the others laze around in the background doing nothing. As a consequence, to clear up mess created by coj I have to queue for several hours until their staff deign to provide a service. </p>
