Useless City of Jhb

Wow, Wow, Wow - these people are beyond the pale. Incredibly useless. Not even the darn phones work - I cannot get sense from most call centre agents, or if by some miracle I feel like I have found someone with half an ounce of brain, the phone cuts off. 5 calls like this before 08:05 today! I have been trying for 2 weeks now.

And if one goes to the offices - like I did last week - I discovered the "systems are down".

I have not had an account since March - that is all I am asking for. I'm just trying to pay my dues, and they cannot even get that right. Where did they find these people?

Doesn't the DA run the joint now? Goodness, have we slipped back into the dark ages!!!!!
