useless bunch - Joburg city and its services.

I had to laugh at the mnet CARTE BLACHE program on sunday, about the Joburg municipality. their website does not work !! not surprising, seeing that the whole municipal services do not work. you call in to asdvise them of broken street lights , they eventually take the call, if you are lucky, or are told to log your call online via the website, which you do, get a reference number, then try and track it on the website !!!??? what a joke?? try give or call in your meter readings ?? another joke. !! the online meter reading facility has been discontinued years ago!! funnily enough , this part of the web online system worked!!
