Unnecessary Damage to Property

I reported the overflowing sewerage on 20 March 2019 ref ********** 197, on 25 March 2019 I called again and was informed that "access was denied on 22 March 2019" which was a blatant lie as I sat at home ALL day EVERY day waiting. I logged another fault on 25 March 2019 ref ********** 227 and your team arrived on 26 March 2019, I was then informed we needed to knock down a wall in order for them to get their rods down the line. We knocked down the wall and your team arrived today to resolve the issue, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT NECESSARY FOR THE WALL TO BE KNOCKED DOWN FOR THEM TO GET THE RODS DOWN THE PIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is going to pay for the unnecessary rebuilding of the wall because your team were too lazy to do their jobs on Tuesday?
