unhealthy living conditions

i am complaining about the blockage in whitecity jabavu house number 1103a for the past 3 weeks our yard is full of waist caused by block toilet it is difficult for us to even eat in our house the smell is terrible someone please help us this water is going inside the house .<br> yesterday Clayton came back from work dirty water was all over his house we had to clean it until 1Am this morning and the attitude when we calling is bad the phone will ring for a very long time how are we saving water if water is running like that for 3 weeks <br> <br> my ref number is *** i spoke to Nally <br> when you you call they will say someone called already but nothing is done about it do we have any forum for our complains ?
