Unfair to the Residents of Johannesburg

COJ are so unfair to the paying customers, we try our best to pay for our services but City will estimate charges and it make it difficult for us to keep with current and arrangements fees.

We log calls for billing queries and no response from the city and then they will cut services without pre termination notice which is *******, also cutting before the 30 days due date.

Instead the Joburg water guys who are cutting water are very rude and would not listen to anyone.

The paying customers should be given a chance, as they are trying. The informal settle never run out of water with their leaking tabs.

Please correct your mistake we were told to pay what we can and not to just stay without paying a cent, but the city is falling us in so many ways
