Fell down stairs at work WCA docter did not do mri. walked with with back injury. took employer 2.5 months to pay neurologist whom subsequently increase meds to schedule five after report. employer failed to pay for physio and meds at the time and only did so 2-3 weeks always later. Dr misdiagnosied L4/L5 injury. He did not pick up the pancreas injury causing me to loose 55kg in weigh and almost died and was into theater on my medical aid after ambulance rushe me to hospital. my blodd poisened blood test results show 126,6 bacteria in blood vs norm 0-10 i was getting septicemia. i almost died. They do not care gave me work to to do for -8 months i had to do from my laptop at home to do. proof on it records. when i became very ill and could not comply they stopped my salary on 2 occations , caused me ti loose my car my kids were not going to school we hardly ate and my power wer cut on numerous occations. they stopped my salary again now. i just came out of theater last week after being in 2ce. the stopped my salary again i am am at my ends wits now
