Unattended reference

I have been out of electricity now for 4 days and have logged two cases so far which one was closed without even been attended to,logged another on the 01st till today no one has attended.

Its very disturbing to be a good citizen and pay for electricity every month but when you have issues you are never assisted.

This is the reason why most people ended up not paying maybe I should just join the rest of Soweto and not pay,cause it's actually useless to do the right thing when it comes to Eskom.. Here is my pending reference *** can be attended.

If not please let me know so I can do what is done by others get a black market technician to come fix so we can be warm too😡😡😡😡
