Unattended hazardous storm water drain

Jhb water lifted the concrete drain covers 2 months ago, on the corner of 9 th Avenue and central Street, Houghton. Till date there is a hole 4 m in length, 2m in depth and 2 m wide. It’s unsafe for padestrians and motorists.
