Unable to manage my profile/security/statement details due to website unavailability.

Unable to manage my profile due to website unavailability. I was assisted with setting up my account online but the person who assisted me used their email contact information instead of my own. That person is no longer a contact and receives my statements. I am unable to change the information. My privacy is being compromised and I am unable to make any changes.
