Unable to manage a switchboard

<p>I phoned the Zandfontein Water Depot ********** this morning to try and resolve a problem. Bernard managed to cut me off 9 times in 5 minutes and didn't succeed in putting me through to anyone who could help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would suggest that you send him on some training so that he can manage to successfully transfer us clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
