Un acceptable Service from Eskom

I here write this email, with a shame that such a big company as Eskom, are no liable to serving us with dignity,

I am a resident of Protea Glen Ext 12, that is a owner of a house

as I am typing this email I am on a line with Eskom ***, they answered and place me on the side

I am currently waiting for a Technician on Ref *** and *** on every call I am told 1 hour , call is escalated this is the 3rd day without electricity , I am a pensioner that stays with grand children , have no means to go around making ends meet

yesterday they sent a person with no uniform named Dube, that told me they coming back, its 11 am no one is here,

and yes I am still on the line that people are having a conversation

I also need this call Recording be listened to by the Manager and this specific person dealt with 10h30 to 11am 15 July 2020
