I commend the friendly professionalism of two call centre operators who have assisted in logging first the burst pipe on the verge outside our complex and subsequently water cut off and finally logging a request for the backfilling team to restore the verge to what it should be. Seems crazy that his is a three-tier process but my thanks to Jasmine and to Thuso of the call centre who have been extremely solicitous and caring. It seems equally strange that they have no line manager to contact with words of thanks and praise. I was referred to Hello Peter instead. Hence this rather elaborate way of recoding appreciation for Jasmine and Thuso.
