Tree blocking driveway.

Call logged telephonically on 2 Dec. Ref ***. Municipal tree partially blocking my driveway and tall enough to potentially affect street lights & telephone poles. Was told someone would investigate. Logged again 23 Feb on e-joburg. So far, nothing. This is beyond pathetic service. Kindly assist
