Treated unfairly

<p>I went to Ackermans in Southgate Mall in Johannesburg to take out my laybye and one of the cashiers treated me in a manner that I know that being a customer is uncalled for. While waiting for my laybye I asked how long should I wait for someone to my clothes cause they were on the floor with my name on top and this cashier started screaming at me from the other side for everyone to hear then I asked her why she gave someone their laybyes but not mine and she shouted at me saying how the hell should she know that my clothes where on the floor and I explained to her that the person who bought this laybyes told her that they are on the floor. This lady she treated me like a nobody and I felt humiliated. </p>
