Totally pathetic customer service

I cannot believe in this days of technology that you have to still go in personally over and over again to get your own money back. To even get through to the call centre is a waste of time. A lawyers letter is not good enough, any excuse to ****** money from the hard working ppl of this country. they can charge interest but cannot pay interest on credit accounts, and what a battle it is to get your own money back.
