Tired of this VICTIMISATION

Over a period of a few YRS i have been battling with the billing crises after the system failure of the municipality if CITY OF JHB which was assured by the Mayors office that it would be rectified. Anyway to cut straight to the point since then i have been - billed incorrectly, ******ed by the municipality by coming late on Fridays to cut and remove my meter forcing a cash payment of R500 RAND if i want my lights on, my house was ****** family held hostage by people wearing CITY POWER BIBS, threatened by lawyers from Braamfontein forced to pay R15000 rand and monthly payment of R1500 MONTHLY which came with the assurance that my problems would be solved, CONTRACTORS who came to my house with all my account information with ****** prepaid meter from LENASIA followed with ******ion of another amount totaling R4000 , me going to Booysens with ****** meter to let ***** department know about this which let to further victimization by changing lawyer threaths to disconect which originated from L. MAFETSA tel *** / *** and blacklisting if i don\t pay but sms says BAL:R NO AMOUNT JUST BLANK. MR. MAYOR WHAT DO I DO PLEASE TELL ME I BEG YOU!!!! "
