They dont answer their phones

I have been trying now for days to get through to this number but is does not get answered. I phoned several depots but I keep being referred to head office. The one Manage at Southdale referred me to a call centre that told me they do not work with water queries... Al I want is to know what the process is to fill up my swimming pool after the repairs...
