They are useless and dont care

My daughter sold her house in Blairgowerie in 2011 after paying the Municipality their cancellation deposit of R7500-00 (+ /-) she has now been waiting for the balance to be refunded this is an amount of R5500-00(+ /-), <br> We have been requesting the return of the deposit PLUS interest for almost 4 years (September), and as an example since April this year I personally have written to them 11 times, and for our efforts all we have had back from them is one request asking for documentation (which was sent the very next day) and the rest has been their Auto-Respond.<br> This is an appalling situation where a Municipality who demands extra money before they will cease supplying to a person due to the sale of a property will not refund the outstanding balance back when the property has been transferred to the new owners.<br> The worst part of all is their refusal to even write back other than with an Auto Response, as my heading says <br> THEY ARE USELESS AND DON'T CARE.
