The worst possible service

I came to get a municipality bill, They were already closed, I came here 5 minutes before the 15:30 but the doors were closed and they would not let me in. Mind you I am pregnant and I came here early today but it was loadshedding so I came back now thinking I would get some help.

Now I have to come back tomorrow for the 3rd time mind you they open at 8:30 and the lights will go off again at 8am.

Really disappointed, plus the security guard said I can report... the system needs to be switched off before 15:30.
