worst worst experience, they were charging me for water and sewer, but my water is prepaid. it took them exactly 1 year to resolve the issue. Each time i go to them they tell me the initial email they send was missing documents which they forgot to attach on the query that's why it was taking so long. mind you that time they send their creditors and lawyers looking for their money.
