The Rudest call centre agent i have ever met in my whole life

<p>Sunday of the 27 of May 2017 @ around 8 am , i called the city of johannesburg call centre seeking for Help as a suwer drain was overflow in from of my house a call centre Agent by the name of Claudia picks up the call , as i report the tragedy that i was in she stops me even before finishing what i was saying asking me what is it that we put in that drain that causes it to bust like that "shocked " i answer . i would'nt know as nobody opens a suwer drain except the municipality people Guess what she says after that respond . she tells me that next time when the municipality people comes there i must stand there with them so i would know what are the things that we put in there are " SHOCKED AGAIN"</p> <p>I ASKED HER lady will you help me or what cause right now i feel like am in anterrigation room, as i was saying with a LOUD VOICE she tells me not to teach her how to do her job.
