The right to basic dignified services

I am very disappointed with the city of Johannesburg for they have consistently deprived Grasmere mountain view their constitutional rights of basic services delivery and have been violating section 152 & 153 of the constitution when it comes to matters concerning Grasmere mountain view under region G ward 6 this municipal is working hard and stopping at nothing to make sure that we continue to live in unbearable living conditions and suffer continually because we choose to cast the vote that makes us suffer, again we say can we get sewage in our area we need running water in our yards
