Blocked drain and sewerage drama could not be sorted out by 2 private plumbers (Sunday and Monday). Joburg Water Crew arrived in the dark, identified the problem immediately and sorted it out within minutes! They also cleaned and disinfected the area.

Deep gratitude to the Joburg Water Call Centre Supervisor (Themba) and the stand-by crew who sorted the problem out. Yes, we had to wait 2 days for them to come - but when they got there, their experience was evident.
