TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CONFUSED STATEMENTS

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!

They have been to our premises a million times to take "actual" readings, to just mess up the statement further. We have been to the offices many times to report the issues with no luck! Now they have gone back 3000 days to recalculate which is even worse. We have been issued almost 30 different reference numbers. Our account is being charged with interest. We have meter reflecting which are not ours. We submitted pictures of our actual meters but nothing gets fixed!

HELP!!! THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WHICH WE WANT TO RESOLVE WITH NO LUCK
