Terrible Service

If 0 was available I would give this government licensing department that. I don't know why I'm upset because I should have expected this dismal service. We stood in a queue for over 3 hours, only 1 clerk is attending to a queue of more than 30 people. I have never witnessed such a terrible service in my life.
