Terrible Service

We have been without electricity for 24 hours and have log faults several times, Yesterday someone came out 22:00 and said they will contact us now to come and fix the meter and we waited until this morning to go to bed for response, we haven't received any response yet and have called again this whole morning but still nothing. Why do we pay but YOU cant deliver???????????
