Terrible attitude and bad customer service

I called the Johannesburg water call centre number *** and i spoke to a guy called Xolani. he started changing the tone of his voice before i even finish my problem. i explained to him we having a problem that they closed water for us and we pay our bill every month. he just gave me a don't care attitude when i was talking he was also talking addressing me with wrong names and having an attitude. <br> <br> he has bad customer service and his rude. <br> Joburg water your service is bad. <br>
