Terrible antiquated service.

Pity there is not a 0 star. You guys suck big time. Wait for 10 minutes to be told I have to go and stand in a queue in Sandton office during Covid to submit documents to get a refund that is owned to me. No systems to apply on line. Old fashioned and antiquated. Bad Bad Bad. Quick to cut you off if you don't pay your bills, but reluctant to give you your money back. Unfortunately we have no choices as consumers. Terrible service and bad attitude.
