Telkom Sucks!!!!!!!!!!

NO STARS ACTUALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! Their rampant incompetence, obstreperous attitude and laziness is earthshattering beyond belief. Under hard lockdown, we were overcharged and it was widely reported as such in the mediia. We have spent almost a year trying to resolve this but they are insistent that we owe THEM. Every time we pay extra as per their demands and they tell us it is resolved, the next month we get a massive bill for more arrears. It is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!
