Still no electricity RECONNECTION 4 days after paying a deposit for AOD.

I paid a deposit on the 12th of August in order to get an AOD drafted by Ayanda Tine who said that I would have electricity restored by Wednesday, needless to say it is Saturday evening and I have still mot received an AOD from him or been reconnected. Apparently it takes up to 72 hours to get reconnected but I'm still in the dark 4 days later and COJ doesn't do RECONNECTION on weekends. Also,I have tried to phone Ayanda Time repeatedly since Tuesday and left so many whatsapp messages and my friend has done the same but he now never answers his phone and just reads whatsapp messages and doesn't even send a reply! This is beyond acceptable! They should rather ho after a lot of their COJ officials that are taking a fortune in bribes from a complex in Yeoville. I reported this to Isaac Mangena years ago and nothing was done,all Isaac Mangena had to say in a whatsapp mes was that I can phone the president for all he cares! COJ bully the people that are battling to pay if you lost your job but don't go after their guys taking bribes!
