Most people engaging with any government department know how frustrating it is to even get a phone answered let alone any further assistance. Billy Posthumous went out of his way to find relevant information for me especially given the fact that City of Joburg's website has some information that is outdated by three years! It would be so nice if there were more people like Billy.
