SHOCKING SERVICE

RE: UN-RESOLVED MATTERS WITH THE RANDBURG COUNCIL<br> <br> Last year we went through to the Randburg Council four times to submit documents for the transfer of ERF 49 from the seller to the purchaser.<br> The reason we needed to do this was that the property was sold to Mr H Metzner and the account holder and monies needed to be transferred to the new owner.<br> This was never done by the Randburg Council.<br> <br> After contacting them telephonically, we asked what the holdup was and they then informed us that we needed a letter from the attorneys authorizing the transfer.<br> <br> We then went to the Randburg offices and they then informed us that we needed power of attorney and ID of purchaser.<br> On visiting the offices the second time, they informed me that I also needed a certified ID copy of the seller. This could have been relayed to me on the previous visit.<br> <br> On the third visit, I was informed that the Power of Attorney was not correctly worded.<br> On this visit I attempted to speak to the Gentleman in charge who was quite helpful, but he was not in a position to help. The conversation was rudely interrupted by two ladies who had served me previously.<br> Once again, NOT RESOLVED
