Sewer pipe burst

I called COJ about the sewer burst on Sunday, but they said they don't work on Sundays. I called again on Monday and was on hold from 9 AM. I was caller one, but the call kept cutting off. I sent an email, and they gave me a reference number, but I still haven't heard anything back from them.
