SEWAGE BLOCKED 2 WEEKS. NO MUNICIPALITY ASSISTANCE

my sewage is blocked for 2 weeks. the streets mess coming out into my yard. the place is stinking and full of mess. logged 2 calls and nobody has come out as yet. waiting 2 weeks. its 2 weeks like this? how terrible. ref no ********** 561 and ref no ********** 519.
