Service Delivery sucks

<p>Im a residence of Lenasia South Ext 4 We are having a problem with the electricity. We dont have the electricity Since Saturday the 8th of July until currently and City of Joburg together with City power are not doing anything people are being ****** in the morning,food is getting spoiled and we have to sleep with bread and water everyday. whats funny about this whole thing is that only 1 side of the area is affected.....We are sick and tired of City Power and the COJ because we are using pre paid system and buying our own electricity what the hell its going on can they survive bathing in cold water everyday????</p> <p> </p>
