Service delivery at city of Johannesburg

<p>I must say that unfortunate for me i bought a house in a neglected area of roodepport and it really makes me sad that I pay a bond and services, but am not being services as a paying customer and i rufuse to be treated like everyone else who lives free in the area. I have reported street lights no one acknoledges my request and then it the road no one attend to these and now there is a burst sewage system that is literally blocking the entrance and we only have 1 entrance now i really don't know who to talk to anymore.</p> <p> </p>
