Rude receptionist Joburg strydom park

There is a lady by the name of Andile at Joburg water strydom park. I think she is the receptionist. she is very rude and needs to go for training in order to know how to interact with people. No one forced her to apply for that position. She is a public servant and should act according to that. i have had a complained about a pipe bust since 3 weeks ago. She keeps telling me she will call me she will call and when i asked why she didnt call as promised she said it is not her job. The way she answers the phone it is so unprofessional some people dont deserve to work. I hope someone reads this and do something about it.
