Rude/Insensitive

On the 08.12.2015 I phoned joburg connect at about +/-22:00. Lindiwe answered my call and upon explaining my problem to her she seemed not interested in assisting me as she was inhuman, rude and was not helpful at all. She even went as far as telling me she's older not sure whether she was implying that she was older than me. It really didn't make sense how could she say that as I was a client in this matter. I then phoned again and got assistance from Portia who managed to assist me, I requested for a supervisor and spoke to Ado who then told me he will deal with this matter but I felt that wasn't enough.
