Rude and ***********

After a year of waiting for City of Joburg to fix my leaking water meter I have decided to go to my ward Councillors to sort out these idiots who have a complete lack of any understanding of what they are doing. They might as well go sell spinach at the side of the road. Besides being dof they are also rude. Keep away from CoJ , a world class disaster.
