<p>water to the premises was disconnected more that a 12 - 18 Months ago and the water meter removed ... but yet we see a water meter reading on our invoice everymonth... please explain to me where you get this water meter reading from ? and also please explain to why people still come to the premises to dissconnect the services if the services was disconnected more than a year ago ???!!!</p>
