Ridiculous Service

To fix electricity is a big problem especially when you are the only 1 with the box or cable fault. I have no electricity since Sunday the 8th of October, on Friday the 13th technicians came and said they can't fix they have to order the machine to check where the fault is. Isn't by law that they carry the machine because our cable are under ground. To-date I don't have electricity. My 2 job numbers below
