Ridiculous from COJ Region C

I am specifically referring to Region C. I have app**** for electricity conversion since May. I signed a quote I think in July and since than my emails are ignored or no proper feedback is given.

Today I tried to call the offices, but it says number is not available.

This is ridiculous
