I sold my property last year April 2017 I have been to Braamfontein office for a refund first I was told to bring proof of payment from the attorney, second I was told my call was not logged, third I was told documents were not all scanned, fourth I was told it is in progress I even demanded to speak to a manager who told me that she is escalating my query after I refused to get a new reference number; its irritating as I was always required to log new complaints whenever I go there then a new reference would be issued. I made several follow-up call still there is no response. I want my money as I also believe there would have cut services if I was owing them. this is so disgusting and lack of service in that office. New Ref **********
