Refusing to rectify account

I had a water leak outside of my boundary wall and had it repaired by Rand Water. I had this queried several times but COJ refuse to rectify it. The last visit was at the beginning oh June and a person by the name of Ernest and Glenda Skosana who is the manager, refused to correct the account by insinuating that I was dishonest by bribing the official to repair the leak. Glenda promised to investigate further and revert to me but its nearly a month and nothing has been done. I need proof from them to this effect, else I will have to take legal steps. The attitude of these 2 officials, especially Ernest is terribly rude and agressive. I have logged several calls, one of which is ***
