REFUND DUE BUT THEY IGNORE REQUESTS

After billing me R258 000 for a nine month period and only after I queried this ridiculous amount and found out that it was in fact COJ's fault, which they took a month to correct.<br> I am now due a refund on my account since June this year, after the attorneys sent a letter to COJ - twice, they have up to date, still not refunded me!<br> If the consumer is late in making payment to them, they are very quick to cut off services with explanation or considerations, but when it is time to refund the consumer, they ignore requests! Typical behavior for a government department. What will it take to get whats is due to me??? They are USELESS!
